Policies and Expectations

We strive to create a welcoming and safe environment for all clients. Please help us maintain a positive atmosphere by adhering to the following studio policies and expectations:

Attire & Safety:

Wear Comfortable Workout Clothing: Please wear clothing that allows for movement and proper alignment checks.
Sticky Socks Required: For safety and hygiene, sticky socks are mandatory in all classes. Bare feet are not permitted.

Staying Hydrated: It is important to stay hydrated during class. Be sure to have water with you for every session.

Class Reservations & Attendance:

Reservations Required: All classes must be booked in advance through the MINDBODY app. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
Punctuality Matters: Arrive on time. Entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after class has started to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend a class, please cancel your reservation at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $10 fee.

Studio Etiquette:

Cell Phones Silenced: Please silence your cell phone before entering the studio.
No Calls in Workout Areas: Calls are not allowed in the studio space to preserve the focused and relaxing environment.

Hands-On Corrections:

• At Positively Pilates & Fitness, we value personalized instruction to help you learn
proper technique and get the most out of your workouts. Our instructors may offer
hands-on corrections to guide you into correct alignment and movement patterns.
• If you prefer not to receive hands-on corrections, please let us know—your comfort is our
priority, and we completely understand. There is no judgment, and we will respect your
preference while providing verbal cues and other guidance.
